IMPORTANT NEWS:

The Practice now offers the facility for patients to make appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view a summary of their electronic medical record on line rather than having to visit the practice.

To Register for this service you will need to bring proof of identity (i.e. passport/driving licence/photo id) to reception. Could you please then ask a member of staff to generate a user name and password.  Once registered, repeat presciption requests will be sent direct to the practice via the following website. Please remember to use Internet Explorer for this operation.

Please use the link above to request your prescription and ensure you nominate a pharmacy which will enable us to send your prescription directly to them.  This process will reduce the time between ordering the prescription and fulfilment.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are computer generated. On the back of your prescription you will receive a repeat prescription card which lists all current medication. To obtain any of these items simply tick the box(es) for the item(s) you require and return the script to the surgery.

The prescription will be ready for collection within 72 hours. If your prescription is to be sent to a chemist then please allow one working week and inform your chosen chemist that there will be a prescription for collection from the surgery.

  • Emergency Fast tracking
  • No over the telephone prescriptions

Please note repeat prescriptions are not available over the telephone and that medication can only be prescribed for 28 days at a time.

Please also note that in the event of a Bank Holiday prescriptions will not be processed during the holiday and will therefore take 72 hours excluding the Bank Holiday to be completed.
